Refund Policy
We want every lesson to be a great experience. If something goes wrong, this Policy explains what happens.
1. Cancellations by the Student
- More than 24 hours before the lesson: full refund or credit toward another lesson, your choice.
- Within 24 hours: 50% credit toward a future lesson with the same Faculty. Faculty receive a 50% payout.
- After the lesson has started or ended: no refund unless the Faculty fails to attend.
2. Cancellations or no-shows by the Faculty
- Full refund to the Student, plus a 25% platform credit on the next booking with that Faculty.
- Faculty receive no payout for no-shows. Repeated no-shows may result in removal from the Platform.
3. Technical issues
If the lesson cannot proceed because of a verifiable technical failure on the Platform's side (Shopify outage, Zoom outage, our portal down), the Student receives a full refund or credit, and the Faculty receives a goodwill 50% payout for time already blocked off.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@theglobalconservatory.com with the order number (e.g. #1234) and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds reach your original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Masterclass refunds
Masterclasses are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled date. Before that, the standard 24-hour rule applies. If a masterclass is cancelled by the Faculty or the Platform, every registered Student receives a full refund.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any disputed transaction.
