Acceptable Use Policy

The Global Conservatory is a place where serious music education happens. To keep it that way, here's what you can and cannot do on the Platform.

You may NOT

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any other user
• Upload sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliations
• Solicit students for lessons outside the Platform during your tenure or for 90 days after
• Scrape, mass-download, or systematically collect data from the Platform
• Resell or sublicense lesson recordings without explicit consent from both parties
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paid features
• Use the Platform to conduct any unlawful activity or to violate any applicable law
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or marketing through the in-portal messaging system
• Post content that infringes any third party's intellectual property

You SHOULD

• Show up on time, prepared, and respectful
• Provide honest reviews and feedback
• Report any abuse to trust@theglobalconservatory.com
• Keep your contact and Zoom info current

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. For serious or repeated violations we may also report to law-enforcement authorities. Account terminations are not refundable beyond what the Refund Policy entitles you to.
